Emirates, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises partner to offer luxury air-sea packages

They will develop and promote experiences in key markets, aligning itineraries with flight schedules

Dubai-based airline Emirates and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, a leading line in the luxury and expedition sector in Germany, have partnered to provide travellers with combined luxury cruise and air travel experiences for the 2026-2027 season.

The air-sea packages will be available for travellers sailing on Hapag-Lloyd Cruises’ 500-passenger MV Europa 2 as well as its expedition ships, Hanseatic Inspiration and Hanseatic Spirit, which can both accommodate 230 passengers.

The two leading brands will develop and market luxury air-sea packages and campaigns in key markets, with special air fares, plus work to align global cruise itineraries with Emirates' route network and flight schedules.

This will see Emirates provide cruise passengers with more options to reach ports across the Indian Ocean, Africa, the Far East, Australia, New Zealand and beyond.
