Oceania revamps onboard entertainment across fleet

Sunrise yoga and Blue Horizons Party added to cruise experiences

Oceania Cruises is revamping its onboard entertainment programme with new experiences across its eight-ship fleet.

Launched to coincide with the inaugural sailing of Oceania Allura in July 2025, the enhancements aim to deliver "entertainment with meaning and heart", with experiences ranging from sunrise yoga to stylish cocktail parties.

Part of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Oceania will roll out The Blue Horizons Party (pictured) to every ship after a successful debut on Oceania Marina. The party includes cocktails, live music and the chance to mingle with fellow passengers.

At the other end of the experience spectrum, passengers can attend guest speaker-hosted lectures and creative workshops.

There is also a renewed focus on wellness with guests aboard Oceania Vista and Oceania Allura enjoying guided stretch and yoga sessions, and lighter menu options available across the fleet in The Grand Dining Room and Aquamar Kitchen.

The line has eight small ships and another two on order, scheduled for delivery in 2027 and 2028, all with a maximum capacity of 1,250 guests.

Oceania specialises in curated travel experiences, including a six-month, round-the-world cruise that covers more than 100 ports across 46 countries and six continents, and includes the Gulf region, with stops in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in the UAE, Qatar's capital Doha, and Salalah on the southern tip of Oman.

More itineraries are including Middle East ports as cruise tourism in the region is on the rise and set to be further accelerated and improved by Connections Cruise Arabia. The game-changing two-day cruise event, taking place in March 2026, will bring together more than 300 senior cruise leaders and influencers from across the global to shape the future of the sector.
