The serviced property will include 151 apartments, a rooftop pool and yoga studio
Cheval Collection is expanding its Middle East presence with the opening of Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai in March 2025.
Now open for bookings, the property will feature 151 serviced apartments, providing luxury home-from-home living alongside high-end fitness amenities.
This move marks a significant milestone in Cheval Collection’s Middle East growth strategy.
Making its regional debut in April 2023, Cheval Maison – The Palm Dubai won the 'Best Debut Hotel Apartments' award at the 2024 Arabian Travel Awards, and there are plans to open Cheval Ladun Living in Saudi in 2027.
Located in the heart of Expo City Dubai, the new Cheval development reimagines the former Leadership Pavilion, which hosted world leaders during EXPO 2020 and COP28. The building has undergone extensive refurbishment and sits alongside the Al Wasl Plaza, just a five-minute walk from Expo City Metro station.
