For those craving prime cuts and classic culinary theatre, Carna by Dario Cecchini delivers both in spades. A contemporary steakhouse concept by the legendary eighth-generation butcher from Tuscany, Carna champions nose-to-tail dining with bold flavours and a sense of convivial celebration.

The menu is a tribute to time-honoured techniques, with Dario’s legacy infused into every detail, from perfectly aged meats to house-made charcuterie.
